Rooted in both yogic and Ayurvedic traditions, I am a teacher of yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic health. My sessions weave together movement, breathwork, meditation, and individualized intention-setting to support each person’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. My work is intended to support nervous system regulation, cultivate presence, and create space for restoration, balance, and inner alignment. At the heart of my teaching is a reverence for the connection between body, mind, and spirit, as well as my belief in honoring the natural rhythm and lived experience of each individual. I focus on “Pleasurable Healing,” a term I coined to describe the process of intentionally supporting healing through practices and approaches that feel natural, effective, and personally meaningful to each individual. My approach is accessible to all levels, meeting each individual where they are and creating a space that encourages connection, healing, self-discovery, and pleasure.

My path into this somatic work began through a life-long devotion to spirituality, yoga, and self-inquiry. I studied for five years under Eddie Stern and became the first Yoga Sangraha teacher at Broome Street Yoga in New York City. Over the past three years, I have led tri-weekly yoga and breathing classes and guided students through practices that foster awareness, grounding, and a deeper relationship with themselves. I received my undergraduate degree from New York University, where I studied Neuroscience, Religion, and Art with a minor in Social Work. My research explored the role of the arts and spiritual practice in the prevention of chronic illness, and my senior thesis (entitled Pleasurable Healing: Chronic Illness Prevention through Visual Arts, Dance, and Music) was later published in an NYU-funded research journal. I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor through Southern California University of Health Sciences and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Expressive Arts Therapy through California Institute of Integral Studies. As my studies continue, I hope to thoughtfully integrate psychology, creativity, embodiment, and contemplative practice into my offerings in ways that support emotional healing, self-expression, and meaningful transformation.

I offer private lessons, small group sessions, and special event instruction. In-person sessions are available in Los Angeles, with Zoom sessions offered globally.
