I offer a holistic, pleasure-centered approach to wellbeing that joins yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic health counseling to support nervous system regulation, cultivate presence, and restore whole-person wellbeing through personally tailored private and group sessions.

I create space to encourage healing, self-discovery, and pleasure. My work combines yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic principles to cultivate a state of wellbeing that feels grounded, accessible, and deeply personal. I emphasize individualized intention-setting to support each person’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. I intend to instill practices to support nervous system regulation, which in turn will help cultivate presence and create space for somatic restoration. Sessions focus on “Pleasurable Healing,” a term I coined to describe the process of incorporating the intentional use of senses to achieve flow state to allow the body to return to homeostasis.
My path into this somatic work began through a life-long devotion to spirituality, yoga, and self-inquiry. I studied under Eddie Stern for five years and became the first Yoga Sangraha teacher at Broome Street Yoga in New York City. Over the past three years, I have led tri-weekly yoga and breathing classes and guided students through practices that foster awareness, grounding, and a deeper relationship with themselves. I received my undergraduate degree from New York University, where I studied Neuroscience, Religion, and Art with a minor in Social Work. My research explored the role of the arts and spiritual practice in the prevention of chronic illness, and my senior thesis (entitled Pleasurable Healing: Chronic Illness Prevention through Visual Arts, Dance, and Music) was later published in an NYU-funded research journal. I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor through Southern California University of Health Sciences and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Expressive Arts Therapy through California Institute of Integral Studies. As my studies continue, I hope to thoughtfully integrate psychology, creativity, embodiment, and contemplative practice into my offerings in ways that support emotional healing, self-expression, and meaningful transformation.
I offer private lessons, small group sessions, and special event instruction. In-person sessions are available in Los Angeles, with Zoom sessions offered globally.
My approach is accessible to all levels, meeting each individual where they are!
